Regional Manager

Women’s Imaging Specialists, an elite women’s breast imaging company, has 12 locations in and around Atlanta and Athens. Our patients are our #1 priority and stellar customer service is our daily goal! We are currently seeking an entry level Regional Manager. Candidate will have experience successfully managing employees in multiple locations. Experience in medical office or healthcare facility required. Candidate must have the ability to understand business metrics and has a proven record of achieving or exceeding performance goals. Candidate must have a valid Georgia drivers license and a clean driving record.


  • Work with Site Supervisors and Clinical Leads at each site to ensure compliance with established “best practice” processes to ensure optimum workflow efficiency
  • Responsible for all administrative staff training and compliance with current workflow
  • Responsible for the front desk structure and evaluate the need for additional administrative staff
  • Responsible for the diagnostic order process being followed and is up to date
  • Responsible for all scheduling goals for each facility within assigned territory
  • Responsible for all site employees following the current call out procedure
  • Responsible for addressing performance issues when they arise
  • Responsible for conducting employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Responsible for interviewing new candidates when needed
  • Responsible for enforcing all company policies established for both administrative and clinical staff at sites
  • Provide mentoring and training to help develop staff and strengthen the facility teamDevelop a strong understanding of the statistical data used to project growth and predict goal achievement for each site
  • Maintain the data for assigned sites with key notes/explanations
  • Complete weekly strategic reporting to include a pre-established dataset and operational bullets for each site
  • Daily and weekly communication with the V.P. of Operations
  • Participate in organized group discussions with other Regional Managers, Site Supervisors and Senior Clinical staff to address issues and solve problems
  • Responsible for implementing all Marketing incentives directed by the Director of Marking/Business Development


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management or another related field
  • 2 years of experience as Site Supervisor or manager of more than 10 employees at multiple locations
  • Medical office experience including patient registration and insurance verification
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to travel to other Women’s Imaging Specialists facilities at least 50% of the time
  • Customer service training, either on-the-job or through a certificate program
  • Ability to sit for hours at a time typing on a computer keyboard
  • Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
